Every Municipality is Forced to Have a Dispensary

No Jurisdiction for Local & State Police to Report Federal Crimes in Establishments

Card Holders Must Surrender their Second Amendment Rights
When purchasing a firearm, ATF required documents (Form 1140) state that "The use or possession of marijuana remains unlawful under Federal law regardless of whether it has been legalized or decriminalized for medicinal or recreational purposes in the state where you reside." Checking YES will prevent approval. All card holders are entered into a database, therefore your status is already known regardless of how you answer this question.
Pop-Up Doc Shops Make it Easy to Obtain Cards

Halt the Race into Total Drug Decriminalization
Look at what's happening in cities like Seattle, Portland, San Francisco and more—overdoses on the rise, users taking advantage of state-funded treatment on the decline, businesses terrorized by shoplifting, sections of cities unsafe to visit and more. Is this what we want for our future in South Dakota?
